Licenses are typically valid for one year and are renewable annually, pending a short review of compliance and activity.
You’ll receive a renewal reminder 60 days before expiration. You can renew directly through the Partner Portal, where you’ll confirm continued compliance and submit any updated documentation if needed.
No. Each physical location must be licensed individually to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and consistent branding.
Licenses are non-transferable. However, the new owner may apply for a fast-track re-licensing process pending WCT approval.
Licenses may be suspended or revoked if a partner fails to meet safety standards, misuses the brand, or violates the terms of the agreement.

Yes — licensed partners may use official logos and branding for promotional purposes, but only in accordance with the WCT Brand Guidelines provided in the portal.

No. All adaptations or customizations of the WCT logo must be approved by WCT HQ. Unauthorized modifications may result in brand misuse penalties.
